House Rules

Our priority is not only care of the properties and guests, it's also respect to our neighbours.

We do not have too many rules, we just ask that you respect our beautiful properties.  Our properties are set in quiet communities so we ask that you also respect our neighbours when it comes to noise.

 No parties or functions allowed. No noise after 9pm.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside any of the properties. This includes the courtyards or  balconies or backyard entertaining areas. 

Sorry no pets unless in a specific Pet friendly rental, of which we host many and are clearly marked in listing.

A clear set of house rules applies for pets in the pet friendly properties, including picking up after dogs and pet bond taken. Rules will be clear in listings and in welcome books.

Properties accommodation numbers are to be strictly adhered to and number of persons permitted to stay on each property is clearly identifiable in each listing.

Some properties do not cater for children and this will be clearly shown in listings.

With properties that do cater for children, it is the parents or guardians responsibly to supervise children, and are responsible for any damage.

Properties are to be left clean and tidy by guest on check out, and bin days will be noted for each property in the welcome book. If excess cleaning is required a fee will be taken accordingly from security deposit.
